《Missing Books》起始於一個突發奇想的意念；透過作者調查一座圖書館十年間遺失書籍的紀錄，開啟一段與圖書館員和檔案系統管理員的對話，更無獨有偶地發現，這座圖書館失落之最，正如同該書主題，是一場對於”不存在”不斷地參與和追尋。

《Missing Books》initiated from a curious thought. By investigating missing books from a library over the decade, the author began having email conversations with librarians and archive managers. And surprisingly, she discovered that the most missing book from the library, just like the book's theme, is the constant participation and pursuit of “absence”.
